Todd Vincent
Todd Vincent has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, nutrient-dense food, soil health, fermentation, and human wellness—long before “regenerative” became a movement.
Years ago, Todd sold his business and moved his family to a working farm, choosing to pursue a different understanding of health: that some of the most powerful tools for human wellness aren’t manufactured—they’re grown. His family immersed themselves in producing and sourcing deeply nourishing foods, from raw dairy and traditionally fermented vegetables to foods grown through time-tested farming practices. Working closely with Amish farming communities, Todd became a bridge between traditional agricultural wisdom and a growing community of people searching for better health.
That experience shaped a philosophy that continues to guide his work today: healthy people begin with healthy food, healthy food begins with healthy plants and animals, and all of it begins with healthy soil.
Todd later brought that experience into the natural products and supplement industries, advising brands and organizations on regenerative agriculture, sourcing, formulation, fermentation, soil biology, and the relationship between the soil microbiome and the human gut microbiome. His work has included projects and collaborations with organizations such as Ancient Nutrition and Kokora, as well as agricultural initiatives involving governments and international partners.
Today, through Regenerative Edge, Todd and his family are helping build and advise regenerative projects across North and Central America. Their work brings together decades of practical farming experience, traditional food wisdom, modern nutritional science, and regenerative systems thinking.
Todd remains, above all, a farmer, student, and practitioner—someone who has spent much of his life quietly doing the work that the rest of the world is only beginning to talk about.
