Regenerative systems, designed for your ground

Every engagement starts with observation and ends with something your team can run without us. Five core programs cover most of what we’re asked for. Most engagements combine several.

Five core programs
02 — Divert

Food waste program

Organic waste is a nutrient stream in the wrong place. We help kitchens, growers and municipalities route it back to soil — collection logistics, compost and biochar co-processing, contamination control, and the application plan that turns a disposal cost into fertility.

  • Waste stream audit
  • Compost & biochar systems
  • Diversion partnerships
03 — Source

Regenerative product sourcing

Connecting brands and buyers to producers whose practice actually holds up in the field — coffee, cacao, produce and inputs. We verify at farm level, structure the relationship, and keep the premium where the work happened.

  • Producer vetting
  • Sourcing strategy
04 — Teach

Farmer education & training

Workshops, field days and staff training for farms, cooperatives and organizations. The goal is capability, not dependency: teams that can read their own soil and make the next decision without a consultant on the phone.

  • Workshops & field days
  • Team training
05 — Verify

Certification & supply chain

Regenerative Organic Certified and adjacent pathways, plus the harder question behind them: how a brand or cooperative builds a chain where farm-level practice, verification and price all line up.

  • ROC pathway
  • Cooperative programs

Deeper engagements inside those programs

Biochar systems

Feedstock and production method through inoculation, charging and field application. Done well it holds water, buffers nutrients and houses biology; done poorly it’s expensive charcoal.

Regenerative coffee production

Shade and canopy design, understory management, disease pressure, cherry quality, and the processing and market pathways that let a farm get paid for what it improved.

Biodiversity & ecosystem design

Whole-property planning for landowners, eco-lodges and retreat properties: water and riparian function, corridors and habitat, agroforestry and restoration sequencing.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, in this order

  1. Discovery call

Goals, constraints, history, and whether we’re a fit.

  2. Observation & assessment

Time on the ground before any recommendation is made.

  3. Design & sequencing

A plan matched to your capital, labor and season.

  4. Implementation & training

Support in the field, and a team that can carry it forward.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people aren’t at first. That’s what the discovery call is for.
